In period from 1/3 to 1/8 Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours before.
In case you don’t cancel in mentioned time, you are getting a warning.
After your first warning, we are forced to charge you with the full price of the treatment or in case you have a package, we will take one treatment out of the package.
Madero packages are valid for 6 months and there and there are no refunds for the paid ones.
Packages of any other treatments are valid for 3 months.
In case of any kind of emergency and unavailability to come for rest of the treatments, it is possible to use money you have left for other treatments in the salon.
